nurturing environment for babies from 0 to 2 years of age.
Children's Sunday School Classes

We offer adult Sunday School classes that study different Bible books, topics or issues

Childrens' Worship Service
During our Worship Service, we offer children’s programs for these age groups
- Nursery—0-2 years old
- Toddlers—2-3 years old
- Beginners—4-5 years old
- Primary Church (1st – 3rd Grade)
Sunday Evening Children’s Ministry
- KOW (Kids Only Worship); Our Sunday Night children’s programs are held from
September to May. They include classes for children from age 2 up to 6th grade. They
begin each Sunday at 6:25 p.m and finish at 7:30 p.m. This exciting Kids Adventure
includes a lively Praise and Worship Time, neat games, interactive Bible stories, small
group time and a snack. The Nursery is staffed for children under 2 years old.
Other Ministries and Outreaches
- Young at Heart—This ministry provides service opportunities, care, fellowship and special
church resources for those over the age of 55. The YAH meet once or twice every month,
with special trips and venues that are enjoyable for everyone. Everyone is welcome.
- Choir—This group of musicians meets every Sunday night at 5:00 p.m to rehearse and
prepare to lead in worship two or three Sundays of every month. They begin their
preparation in September, share a large 2-night musical concert/drama in December and
finish their year of singing in June.
- Wednesday Night Bible Studies—There is a Bible Study held at the church on
Wednesday night (6:30 PM) as well as elective study classes during the Spring and Fall
months.
- Vacation Bible School—This is a community event held in August for all Children ages 4
through 7th grade, full of excitement and energy. The children participate in exciting
games, great Bible stories, cool snacks, neat crafts and active songs. You may call the
church to find out about dates and times for this years event, or to register children.
- Summer Camp— Camp Tohiglo a support ministry of the Fellowship of Bible
Churches with week long camping for Primaries, Juniors, Pre-teens, and Teens through
the month of July and the first week of August. It is located just outside of Mercersburg on
Rt. 75.
- Mothers and Others—This ministry to all ladies meets two Wednesdays a month from
September through May. A great time for fellowship, the ladies share in Bible Study, small
group prayer time, and a craft. They meet from 9 a.m to 11:30 a.m. Babysitting for
children up to age 5 is provided. For weather related cancellation, you can listen to

- Community Breakfast—One of the best breakfasts in Hagerstown, this free meal
happens one Saturday morning a month, usually the first Saturday of every month. It
begins at 8:30 a.m and is open to everyone. There is no cost or obligation. For the
