Jeff Parsons
Senior Pastor
Jeff Parsons is an ordained minister with eighteen years of experience in vocational ministry. He has served as Associate Pastor for the last five years at Crosswinds Church in Minnesota. He is passionate about helping people move through the various stages of spiritual growth as they press on towards maturity in Christ. He enjoys preaching, teaching, strategizing, vision casting, curriculum development, and working with a team of ministers to maximize the discipleship impact of local churches. He also finds great satisfaction in helping believers discover their spiritual gifts and assisting them in using their gifts for the edification of the whole body of believers.
He has been married to his wife, Marion, for twenty-five years. She has become well-known in the Home/DIY blog community as “Miss Mustard Seed.”
Jeff and Marion have two sons: Marshall and Calvin.

Jeff Noll
Worship Pastor & Christian Education Director
Pastor Jeff grew up in Waynesboro, PA. He trusted in Jesus Christ as His Savior at the age of 6. Raised in the church, the son of a choir director and Sunday school teacher, he was called to full time ministry at the age of 17 while working at a church run camp, Pamadeva in Hanover, PA. Following his graduation from Waynesboro Senior High School, he attended Baptist Bible College in Clarks Summit, PA. He graduated from BBC in 1992, with a Bachelor in Sacred Music and Bible. He returned home and began teaching piano at Cumberland Valley School of Music and directing New Dimension, a young adult ministry of Camp Joy-El. During this time, Pastor Jeff met his future wife, Carla. Pastor Jeff was called to Hagerstown Bible church as part-time Worship Leader in January 1996. He was brought on full-time in 1998 to assist in the areas of Christian Education and Senior Ministry. Pastor Jeff and Carla were married in 1996, and now have 4 children.

Joan Westervelt
Secretary
Joan grew up in Frederick, Maryland, graduating high school there and being a very active member of the local YMCA. She met her husband in 1974 at the Washington DC Greyhound Bus station on his birthday when he was a Navy petty officer traveling home from his 6-month cruise and she was a secretary commuting by bus to Frederick. They married in February 1975 and have 1 daughter, Niki , and 3 grandchildren, Jaina, Margaret and Emmanuel. Joan trusted in Jesus the day before her 16th birthday after being given a tract from a friend. Joan answered God's call to serve in 1983, and is now involved with several children's ministries. She enjoys primitive tent camping and camper camping with her husband Bill, cooking, reading, and chasing after her very fast grandchildren.
